Application:
- Standard household water connections typically have a pressure of 3 - 4 bar, which provides too much water flow and pressure when fully opened.
- For optimal irrigation results, we recommend using a pressure reducer.
- The CS soaker hose requires a maximum operating pressure of 1.5 bar, ideally 0.7 bar.
- The CS Pressure Reducer protects the CS soaker hose from overpressure.
- Using the CS Pressure Reducer extends the lifespan of your CS soaker hose.
- Water distribution becomes more even within your CS soaker hose system.
- Operational issues are minimized (provided a water filter is used).
- For short irrigation lengths under 50 meters per irrigation line, we recommend integrating a flow reducer to limit the incoming water volume.
- For irrigation lengths over 50 meters, avoid using a flow reducer as it will limit the incoming water volume too much.
- Suitable for underground irrigation.
If everything is installed correctly and the CS Pressure Reducer is adjusted, you can be confident that your CS soaker hose system will operate optimally.
