Water Your Plants Gently and Evenly with the CS Soaker Hose Premium
The CS Soaker Hose Premium allows for gentle and even watering of your plants. When installed underground, the water reaches the roots directly and distributes evenly through the capillary forces of the soil. Compared to above-ground watering, underground irrigation offers many advantages: up to 70% water savings, very uniform water distribution, and easy installation. During watering, the surface remains usable and plants stay dry, making them less susceptible to disease and pests.
To use the CS Soaker Hose Premium, lay it above or preferably below ground in the desired area and connect it to a supply hose using a 1/2 inch click connector, or attach it directly to a water tap. The hose can be buried to water directly at the root zone. With various CS Soaker Hose Premium connectors, you can customize the layout to fit your needs. It is recommended to install a water filter of at least 125 microns to protect the hose from dirt particles. The maximum operating pressure must not exceed 1.5 bar, which is why a CS pressure reducer with 10 PSI / 0.69 bar is recommended.
The CS Soaker Hose Premium is suitable for automated irrigation of small areas, lawns, private gardens, vegetable patches, raised beds, greenhouses, hedges, flowers, shrubs, trees, and all kinds of plants. Note that contaminated water, excessive pressure, and incorrect water volumes are the most common causes of malfunctions. Clean irrigation water is essential, and if the water is heavily contaminated, a water filter with a 60-micron insert or even 20 microns is recommended.
The CS Soaker Hose Premium is frost-proof and can remain installed during winter. However, pressure reducers, water filters, irrigation computers, etc., must be dismantled and stored frost-free.
