The regulating valve with flow reduction serves as a substitute for a pressure regulator in shorter irrigation stretches.
Using the reduction disc, only a reduced amount of water flows into the CS soaker hose, while it simultaneously starts dispensing water.
The valve also allows additional regulation of the water volume if too much water is directed into the CS soaker hose.
Note: The valve does not close 100%. Even when the valve is turned off, some water will continue to flow through. This enables very even and gentle irrigation over a prolonged period, especially when installed underground.
As a result, the water pressure in the soaker hose is reduced, ensuring consistent water distribution.
This accessory is the best option for maintaining uninterrupted operation of your CS soaker hose in lengths between 7.5 and 30 meters.
For lengths over 30 meters, we recommend using a 0.6 bar pressure regulator.
Simply connect it to your 1/2-inch garden hose click connector and start irrigating.
