The Hydro-S water filter is used before laying CS Soaker hoses to filter out potential contaminants from the water.
This filter is suitable for our CS Soaker hose types Startup, Premium, Profi, and Pressureless. Investing in a water filter usually pays off, as contaminants in the water can clog the pores of the Soaker hose, causing malfunctions or a complete irrigation failure.
The Hydro-S water filter features a plastic or nylon filter that retains dirt particles from a size of 0.06 mm with a 60-micron filter. If needed, the filter can be easily dismantled, and the filter cartridge cleaned using the included key. The filter comes with a wall bracket for secure installation.
In addition to our Hydro-S water filter, the 5-inch 20-micron filter insert is also a suitable option. This filter insert provides further fine filtration to remove even smaller particles from the water, extending the Soaker hose's lifespan and ensuring optimal irrigation performance.
An arrow on the filter indicates the direction of water flow.
